Iaido Shodan

This past weekend I attended the British Kendo Association Iaido Bu Spring Seminer, led by Peter West (7th Dan Kyoshi) and Jane Styles (7th Dan Kyoshi)

The seminar was informative and fun, and I was able to get lots of pointers to help improve my practice.

‘Iaido must be effective as Budo’ was my favourate quote of the day, coming from West Sensei.

All topped off with successfully passing my Shodan exam!
