Sarajevo Study Group

Last week I had a great visit to Bosnia & Herzegovina and our Study Group at Breka Dojo in Sarajevo.

We had instructor training on the first day, including variations on Kata techniques and application.

The second day was training with all students where we recapped fundamentals, and then introduced some higher level techniques including knife defense.
